Acquiring Out of Town Players for the "A" team.
Under special circumstances, and after a request from an "A" team manager, an "A" team may petition the board to add up to 3 players (for U13 and above, 2 players for U12) from out of town. In general, this situation would occur if empty slots to fill on the "A" team cannot be filled with players from lower level teams without drastically altering the skill-level of the team. In this case, the AGC, coaches, and managers of the "A" team and the coaches of the lower level teams (of the same age group) would come to the decision together along with representatives of the board as necessary.
